We do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and/or delivered. This applies to all our services including Kundali reports, career reports, compatibility reports, numerology analysis, and all other AI-generated digital content.
Once generation begins, significant computational and delivery resources are consumed. As a result, the transaction is considered final upon successful report delivery.

If you realise you submitted incorrect details after receiving your report, please contact us. We can offer a re-generation at an additional charge, subject to our discretion.
If your payment was deducted but no order was created (i.e., a gateway-level failure), the amount will be automatically reversed to your source account by the payment provider within 5โ7 working days. If it is not reversed, contact us with your transaction reference number.
If a refund exception is approved by our team, it will be processed within 5โ7 working days back to your original payment method.
